Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new heirloom and we offer a 10 day exchange policy on items purchased from our ready-to-wear (in stock) collection. You may alternatively select a gift card (store credit) for the full amount of the returned item which can be used for new product or applied to custom work. Items that have been sized, engraved, or otherwise customized as excluded from this exchange policy.

 

Please note:

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must be in the original condition, unworn, and carefully repackaged in the original packaging. Items that do not have their original packaging, show obvious signs of wear or abuse, or that have been altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. In the case of international returns, any duties or taxes charged to receive your return shipment (if applicable) will be deducted from your exchange/credit value. Please note that you are responsible for returned items until they have been received by us and therefore all returned items should be insured for their full value as we can not be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Order cancellations

Please note that our store is operated through Shopify and when you place an order, our business incurs a processing fee which is not refunded to us should an order be cancelled. In the rare circumstance that you must cancel your order, you will be refunded for the item(s) minus these processing fees. Similarly, in rare exceptions where a refund is authorized, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) minus Shopify’s processing fee of 3-4% and original shipping fees (if free shipping was applied, the lesser of $85 or the actual cost of shipping charged by the carrier will be deducted).
