Shipping policy


Items listed as In Stock/Ready-to-Wear in their description will ship within 2-5 days of order placement and payment. Rings requiring sizing will ship within 10 days of order placement and payment.

Items listed as Made to Order in their description will ship within 3-5 weeks of order placement and payment (please refer to individual item description for details).

All domestic and international packages are fully insured and declared for their full value. An adult signature is required upon deliveryYou will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you live in Toronto and would like to pick up you item(s), please contact us at info@bramstongoldsmithing to arrange local pickup.

Domestic Shipping

All shipments within Canada are complimentary.

Items under $500 will be shipped by Canada Xpress Post and typically take between 2-4 business days (depending on your location). FedEx Expess shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional $40. This option can be selected in the shipping option at checkout.

Items over $500 will be shipped by FedEx Express and are typically delivered in 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

International Shipping will be sent by FedEx and typically takes 1-5 business days (this time can be longer depending on your location).

Shipping to U.S. - CAD$80.00 

Shipping to U.K. - CAD$200.00 

Shipping to Australia - CAD$225.00

Other destinations - CAD$150 and up: please contact us for an estimate.

Duties and import taxes are not included in the price of the item and are the responsibility of the customer. These will typically be collected upon delivery or billed to you separately by the carrier.

All domestic and international packages are fully insured and declared for their full value. An adult signature is required upon delivery. If you make any changes to your delivery, such as releasing the item without a signature, the insurance is void and you will not be issued a refund if the package is lost or stolen. If you are not home to receive the package it will be held at your closest Fedex distribution center. If the package is not picked up by the recipient it will be returned to Bramston Goldsmithing and you will be refunded, less the cost of shipping (if free shipping was applied, the lesser of $85 or the actual cost of shipping charged by the carrier will be deducted). If the package is lost during delivery, at the fault of the courier service, you will be refunded for the item.
